Delivery & Pickup Policy
At Consign Furniture, we are committed to providing reliable delivery and furniture removal services. Please review the following policies before scheduling your service.
Delivery Requirements
- Delivery is available for purchases with a minimum transaction total of $500.
- All delivery fees must be paid in full before delivery is scheduled.
- We do not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) or collect any back-end fees at the time of delivery.
- Please ensure all pathways, doorways, and the delivery area are clear and accessible before our team arrives.
Delivery Fees
- $100 for deliveries within 10 miles of our store.
- $120 for deliveries over 10 miles.
- $5.00 per additional mile for deliveries exceeding 20 miles from our store.
Pickup Service
We offer furniture removal pickup when purchasing new furniture from our store.
Removal Pickup Fees
- $80 for new customers.
- $60 for returning customers.
- $5.00 per additional mile for pickup locations more than 20 miles from our store.
All removal pickup fees must be paid in advance. No payment will be collected at the time of pickup.
Stair Fees
An additional fee applies when furniture must be carried up or down stairs.

$10 per large item, per flight of stairs for both:
- Delivery services
- Removal pickup services
Large items include, but are not limited to, sofas, sectionals, recliners, mattresses, box springs, dressers, armoires, entertainment centers, dining tables, and similar oversized furniture.
Additional Information
- Delivery and removal services are subject to scheduling availability.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased furniture will fit through all doorways, hallways, stairways, and elevators.
- Delivery personnel reserve the right to refuse delivery or removal if conditions are unsafe or if access is restricted.
- Additional charges may apply for special circumstances not disclosed when scheduling service.
